1. Platform Role & Limitation of Liability
Salty Dog Beach Escape LLC operates as an online marketplace platform connecting property owners with travelers. Salty Dog is not the owner, operator, landlord, or manager of any listed property.
⚠️ Important: Salty Dog Management LLC shall not be held liable for any personal injury, bodily harm, death, property damage, loss, or theft that occurs at any property listed on this platform.
2. Assumption of Risk
Guests voluntarily assume all risks including beach and water activities, outdoor structures, natural hazards, slip/trip/fall hazards, appliance use, and pet-related incidents.
3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salty Dog Management LLC from any claims arising from your use of the platform or any listed property.
4. Pet Policy
Guests bringing pets accept full liability for any damage or injury caused by their pet. A $125 pet fee applies. Owner approval required.
5. Cancellation Policies
Standard: Free cancellation 30+ days before check-in.
Non-Refundable: No refund. 10% discount applied.
Flexible: Free cancellation 14+ days before check-in. 10% premium applies.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Brazoria County, Texas.
